About Ekso

We built the system we wished we'd had.

02

Why Ekso exists

Ekso takes its name from XO — the executive officer who keeps the operation running. We spent years inside enterprises watching the same problem repeat: teams tracked work in one system, time in another, and cost in a spreadsheet someone updated on Fridays. By the time anyone saw the financial picture, it was too late to change anything. Ekso was built to close that gap — to put work and money in the same place, in real time, so decisions happen before problems do.

03

Work has a cost. We make it visible.

Every task, ticket, and support request consumes time — and time is money. Ekso doesn't care whether you call it a project, a team, or a business unit. But it's deeply opinionated about making the cost of work visible at every level: per item, per person, per client, per cycle. We believe that if you can see what work actually costs, you can run a better business. It's that simple.

04

Built by people who've done the work

We're a cross-functional, remote-first team across North America and Europe. We've designed and delivered enterprise systems across construction, retail, engineering, manufacturing, and professional services. That experience shaped Ekso — a platform that works for finance, operations, delivery, and management without asking any of them to compromise.
